- Imperial Citadel – Located the heart of Hue city, this vast walled complex was once home to the Nguyen emperors - the last Vietnamese dynasty.
- Thien Mu Pagoda (Pagoda of the Celestial Lady) - It is the oldest pagoda in the city next to the Perfume River. The pagoda is a part of an active monastery, so you’ll be able to enjoy a peaceful stroll through the gardens, admiring the architecture and see the monks performing their duties.
- Dong Ba Market - the biggest commercial center of Thua Thien Hue Province and its adjacent regions.
- Khai Dinh tomb - Built for the 12th emperor of Nguyen Dynasty, Khai tomb. This tomb is dubbed as the most beautiful royal tomb. A perfect combination of Asian and Western architecture and designs.
- Minh Mang Tomb - the biggest of all royal tombs and reflects the ideas and beliefs of the 2nd emperor of Nguyen Dynasty, Minh Mang. It was built to blend with its natural surroundings and using only Asian architecture and design.
- Tu Duc Tomb - Emperor Tu Duc was the longest reigning monarch of Nguyen Dynasty. The complex was used as his residence thus there are more amenities (e.g hunting grounds) found here compared to the other royal tombs.
- Thuy Tien Abandoned Water Park - A huge abandoned water park that sparks curiosity of both local and foreign tourists. The eerie but beautifully designed architectures and colorful slides make this abandoned water park in Hue a perfect spot for an adventure and photo shoots.
- Tu Hieu Pagoda - One of the oldest pagoda in Hue city that is located in the middle of a small forest close to Tu Duc Tomb. The pagoda was built and headed by Thích Nhất Định who was a noble monk under the first four reigns of Nguyen Dynasty.
- Thanh Tan Hot Springs (40$ charges more) - A natural hot spring located at the foot of a mountain just few kilometers away from the bustling city of Hue. The Thanh Tan Hot Springs has several establishments for guests to enjoy other outdoor activities like aerial walks.
- Gia Long Tomb (10$ charges) - The tomb is known for its beauty and was originally built for the first empress of Nguyen Dynasty, Thua Thien but later became the tomb of Gia Long as well.
- Bach Ma National Park (50$ charges) - Previously a French Hill Station with more than a hundred villas and hotels. Bach Ma National Park rewards trekkers a beautiful tall water falls and a panoramic view of Hue Province at the summit.
