General Terms of Service & Operating Policies
Welcome to Hue Private Cars. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or using our private transport and Limo Green EV services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully before booking.
1. Booking Procedures & Confirmations
- Reservation Request: Bookings can be submitted online via our website booking form or directly through WhatsApp/Email.
- Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered binding once our sales team issues an official confirmation voucher via Email or WhatsApp message detailing your itinerary, vehicle class, and total rate.
- Accuracy of Information: Passengers are responsible for providing correct flight numbers, pickup times, and hotel addresses. Hue Private Cars is not liable for service delays caused by inaccurate customer information.
2. Passenger Rights & Responsibilities
Passenger Rights
Receive clean, fully insured, air-conditioned private vehicles. Enjoy complimentary bottled water, wet wipes, Wi-Fi, and courteous English-speaking drivers.
Passenger Responsibilities
Be ready at the designated pickup point on time. Refrain from smoking, consuming alcohol, or damaging vehicle property during the transfer.
3. Service Provider Rights & Force Majeure
- Vehicle Substitution: In the rare event of mechanical maintenance or unexpected road hazards, Hue Private Cars reserves the right to upgrade or substitute the vehicle with an equivalent or higher class at no extra charge.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for transfer delays, route alterations, or cancellations caused by acts of God, severe tropical storms, typhoons, landslides on mountain passes (such as Hai Van Pass), or government-enforced road closures. In such cases, we will assist in rescheduling or providing alternative transit options.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be settled through friendly negotiation or resolved by competent courts in Hue City, Vietnam.
