Welcome to Hue Private Cars (operated by VM Travel). By accessing our website, reserving private vehicles, or utilizing our Limo Green EV tours, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms define the legal rights and obligations between the Service Provider and the Passenger.

ℹ️ Important Agreement Notice By placing a booking request via our forms, email, or WhatsApp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, rates, and policies outlined herein.

1. Booking Procedures & Passenger Code

Please review the booking requirements and conduct regulations during the transfer:

📝 Booking & Confirmation
  • Bookings are made via website form, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Confirmation is only binding once our team issues a formal booking voucher with details.
  • Passengers must verify flight details, times, and pickup locations.
📋 Passenger Responsibilities
  • Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
  • Do not smoke inside the vehicle (including e-cigarettes).
  • Refrain from acts that distract the driver or damage vehicle property.
🌟 Passenger Rights
  • Receive clean, fully insured, and well-maintained private vehicles.
  • Enjoy complimentary amenities (bottled water, Wi-Fi, chargers).
  • Request reasonable stops along the route for restroom breaks.

2. Operational Policies & Force Majeure

Details regarding vehicle changes, delays, and governing laws:

🚘 Vehicle Substitution Policy In rare cases of mechanical maintenance, we reserve the right to upgrade or substitute your assigned vehicle with an equivalent or superior class (e.g. replacing a Sedan with a 7-seater SUV) at no additional charge to ensure safety.
⚠️ Force Majeure & Weather Delays We are not liable for route changes, delays, or booking cancellations caused by severe weather (typhoons, heavy floods), landslides on the mountain passes (such as Hai Van Pass), or sudden government-enforced road closures. In such events, we will work with you to reschedule or coordinate alternative routes.
⚖️ Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disagreements or disputes arising from our services shall first be settled through friendly negotiation or resolved by the competent local courts in Hue City, Vietnam.
