1. Do your research

To avoid culture shock, one must know at least few things about the country. In Asia alone, Vietnamese culture is very different. Even with Asians, they need time to adjust to the culture. What more to the Western culture? The language, place, smell and even the sound would be totally different from the country you grew up in.

2. Try the food

Yes, you must have heard a lot of stories about another traveler who got sick after eating some weird food and for sure this got you scared. But one thing about traveling is taking risks to experience something new. For you to avoid upsetting your stomach, do not try the most exotic ones immediately, gradually adjust your taste buds and your stomach by eating food that are quite similar to the food in your country then eventually trying the local specialty. Most sickness is just psychological ones.

3. Tell someone where you are going

This is very crucial when traveling alone in Vietnam. Aside from informing your family back to home, you have to let at least someone where you are heading, maybe the receptionist can tell you if it’s okay to there or not. Don’t be stupid. Your adventure of a lifetime may turn out to be your last.

4. Do not carry large amount of money

Your money has more worth in this country, do not try to show off or let other people see you have money. This might attract people to do bad things. Better if you can carry sufficient amount of money, some to buy meal and water and just for emergency purposes, bring your card. Using

5. Do not bring your passport wherever you go

Better leave it to your hotel or hostel. In case something happen and you need proof of your identity, a photo of your passport is enough.

6. Do not just trust anyone from the streets who offer you “paradise” with a low price

Though Vietnam is very affordable, people tend to take advantage of foreigners’ innocence. You might offered a “cheap city tour”, then it turns out, you’ll be paying twice or thrice after it. Always ask your receptionist, if you take that they are just trying to sell you something more expensive, visit some travel agencies, or ask your roomies about it. Most likely, one or two might have gone to some tours already and they will be happy to tell which one is the better option.

– For Private Car (transport service), this price is per car not per person
– For Package Tour (Private tour), this price is per person.
3. How we can recognize you at the airport ?
Our driver will wait at the exit gate and hold a welcome board with your name written on it for you to recognize him easily.
4. How will I know my booking has been confirmed ?
When you receive an email starting: Your booking has been confirmed.
To make sure that your booking has been confirmed, we will send you an invoice with an itinerary. Please check itinerary to avoid any inconvenience.
5. How can I pay ?

6. Will there be other guests who will join us ?
This is a private service, so only your group will be in this trip. You can invite your friends but maximum of 3 people in 4 seats car, 5 people in 7 seats car and 12 people in 16 seats car.
7. Can your driver speak English ?
Our drivers can speak Basic English communication or better. They have vast experience in dealing with foreigners, they can explain about attractions and help you get the most out of your trip. But they are not tour guides so they have limitation.
